Christopher Q. Wintter

Partner

Christopher Q. Wintter has been practicing law for more than 35 years and has been Florida Bar Board Certified in Wills, Trusts, and Estates since 1999.  He received his Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law in 1987 and his BS in Accounting with High Honors from the University of Florida in 1982.  He is a member of the Executive Council of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law section of the Florida Bar, is a member of the Probate and Trust Litigation Committee, Trust Law Committee, Probate Law and Procedure Committee, and is former Vice Chairman and current member of the Jurisdiction and Due Process Committee.  Mr. Wintter is also a member of the Broward County Bar Association and past President of the South Broward Bar Association.  He has also taught Trial skills at the National Institute of Trial Advocacy.  Mr. Wintter has earned the AV Preeminent Rating with LexisNexis Martindale Hubbell in recognition of his excellence in the courtroom and his commitment to legal ethics. He was also included in Florida Super Lawyers magazine in 2011, 2012, 2014-2023 for Estate and Trust Litigation and selected for inclusion in the Best Lawyers in America in Trust and Estate Litigation every year since 2016.  When you need legal representation involving Trust and Estate matters, Mr. Wintter and his team should be your first choice.

Nina Zuckerman Chepp

Partner

Nina Zuckerman Chepp has been practicing law for more than 25 years and is recognized as a top probate lawyer in Florida. Ms. Zuckerman Chepp received her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 1989 and her BS in Marketing from Boston University in 1982. She also studied at the Oxford University Institute of International and Comparative Law. Since 1998, Ms. Zuckerman Chepp has been focusing her practice in the areas of guardianship, probate, trust administration, and estate planning. Ms. Zuckerman Chepp is on the Board of Directors of the Estate Planning Council of Broward County, and on the Guardianship Committee of the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar. She is also a member of the Florida Bar, the Broward Bar, the Broward County Bar Association, the South Broward Bar Association, and the Broward County Women’s Lawyer Association.

Max Soren

Max Soren graduated from Fordham University School of Law in 2002 and began practicing probate and commercial litigation. In 2006, he joined the State Attorney’s Office in Miami-Dade County where he gained considerable jury trial experience. In 2010, Mr. Soren joined the Wintter Law Firm and exclusively handled Probate and Trust, and Guardianship litigation. In 2021, he became “Of Counsel” to the firm and continues to handle matters on behalf of our clients. Mr. Soren is an aggressive advocate.

Andrew Polenberg

Andrew Polenberg earned his bachelor’s degree in History at Florida Atlantic University in 2012 before attending Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law School. Mr. Polenberg received his Juris Doctor from Nova in 2015, graduating magna cum laude and with distinctions for performing 125 pro bono hours. Mr. Polenberg was a member of the Nova Law Review, advanced to the rank of Articles Editor, and received the Goodwin Editor Award for exemplary skills in group leadership, mentorship, and overall editorial skills.

Zilvinas Mardosas

Zilvinas Mardosas earned a Bachelor of Science degree in both Accounting and Finance from Florida State University and earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University. While in law school Mr. Mardosas clerked for a prominent South Florida law firm. He also interned at the State Attorney’s Office 17th Judicial Circuit, Homicide Division. Mr. Mardosas was both a student coach and competitor in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna, Austria.

Wendy S. O’Brien has over 30 years experience as a Litigation Paralegal. Wendy worked with Wintter Law for 12 years until 2007 and returned in 2010 as our Senior Litigation Paralegal.
