Nina Zuckerman Chepp Facilitates 1st Dinner Meeting Discussion for the Estate Planning Council of Broward County

In a discussion facilitated by Nina Zuckerman Chepp, the Honorable Kenneth L. Gillespie discussed his impression of the probate division, division procedures, and recent legal developments.  The judge also answered selected questions from members regarding the best practices for case management and efficient administration of estates and guardianships. Nina moderated the discussion, interacting with the judge and the audience, added commentary and guided the discussion toward relevant estate planning topics.
