Wintter Law Relocates to Fort Lauderdale Office
We’ve Moved! We are enjoying a bright, new office space in downtown Fort Lauderdale after relocating from Hollywood. The beautifully renovated office is located at 17 Rose Drive on the Tarpon River.
“After spending more than 40 years in Hollywood, we decided we could better serve our clients with a more central location,” said Partner Chris Wintter, who is a Board Certified Specialist in Trusts & Estates focusing his practice on trust and probate litigation. “Now we have a beautiful, newly renovated space with room to grow.”
The office is approximately 4,000 square feet and was originally built in 1938 as a home. The former home has been completely renovated to accommodate the firm’s attorneys and staff. With 6 offices, three bright and airy conference rooms and in close proximity to the courthouse, the building was designed to better serve Wintter Law clients.
“Our clients really love the fact that we have preserved a historic space and converted it into a state-of-the-art law office, all with a comfortable old Fort Lauderdale ambiance,” said Nina Zuckerman Chepp, partner.
Although it is only a few blocks from the main courthouse, the Wintter Law office shares the neighborhood with an abundance of natural wildlife who regularly visit the property. It is not unusual to see numerous peacocks gathered on the back patio, along with iguanas and other tropical birds. The property has a beautiful pool and patio area that overlooks the Tarpon River.
For more than 40 years, Wintter Law has been handling probate, trust and guardianship litigation, will contests, claims of undue influence, claims of lack of testamentary capacity and other related issues as well as probate trust and guardianship administration.
